Outreach Agent

As an Outreach Agent, your role is to reach out to home service contractors, start conversations, qualify potential clients, and book appointments. If you want to close the deals you book yourself, you can. You own the full sales process end to end, and nobody else is taking appointments out from under you.

Compensation
  • 100% commission-based
  • Earn 25% of recurring revenue on every client you close
  • You own the full sales process. No one else closes the deals you bring in.
  • Average earnings per client typically exceed $750 over the life of the account, depending on plan
  • No cap on commissions

Requirements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and consistent
  • Able to commit at least 2 hours per day to see results. This role rewards consistency.
  • No experience required, but this is best suited for someone genuinely motivated to build a results-driven track record
